Boomsticks: The rules of firearms safety.

1) ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

2) NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO DESTROY

3) KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

4) BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT

5) DON'T GET WIRED ON METH, SMOKE A JOINT, AND SHOOT AT SWAMP RATS FROM YOUR BACK PORCH.

Of course this fool was already a felon and should never had a gun in the first place.

We need more gun control *eyeroll*

Oh? And where does the Constitution make an exception for those the "authority" has deemed to be bad people?
It became reckless endangerment the moment he pointed the gun at something he couldn't positively identify. Until that moment, he hadn't done anything (that we know of) that was anyone else's business.

Guess the view from his porch wasn't nearly good enough.

Any sign of snorklers from your portico, Tam?
