Oh, and "Yesterday In History"...

...in 1991, Tim Berners-Lee posted this in the alt.hypertext newsgroup.

You'll note that he did not use "LOL", "ROFLMAO", or "1337" anywhere in the post, marking him as a total n00b on teh intarw3bz. Somewhat curiously, his post mentions nothing about a series of tubes.

But you'd have to be a pretty big computer geek to do a thing like that :-)
