Help a brother out...

Robb Allen wants to use his code-writing powers for good. Even better would be to use his powers for good and turning a profit at the same time, although he'd consider that just an added bonus. He needs ideas, though, so go help him out:
Any ideas for software that would improve your life as a gunnie? Consider this a brainstorming session – no idea is stupid or too far out there. I just need to get ideas going. Doesn't have to be a money maker though.

This could be your chance to have somebody program that shooty app you've always wanted!

what about a shopping app that goes out on the lazy web and finds me the 5 cheapest sources of any caliber i type in there. Like those shopping apps for shoes and pants but for surplus ammo instead.

There is http://www.ammoengine.com/ for searching for good ammo prices. It looks like it just shows prices from sites that are registered with it, but it does find a decent price.

How about a bullet dope app for handloaders? Something that has a database of powders, bullets, etc. that can aid in handloading tasks.

Taktron beat me to it. Stigma is the Dood of Doods, and when I grow up I want to be just like him.

I'd like an app that kept track of my ammo and magazine rotation. How long have those boxes been in the can? Was it magazine 3 0r 5 that I unloaded last month to rest the spring?
