Grocery Getter
The origin of the term "trunk".
...and sometimes unusual things just turn up in the Kroger parking lot. I don't know much about this era of automobiles, but I think it's a '32 Chevy. I love the "Save The Ales" bumper sticker in the rear window.

Notice how little of the parking space it uses; that thing must have cornered at speed like a pencil balanced on a fingertip. Sure looks to have been well taken care of though; I wonder what new tires go for?

The driver must have alot of faith in their fellow shoppers, parking next to the cart corral like that.

How can he park in the middle of the lot like that?!?! I would be on the far end, with cones and caution tape all around. I am a Nervous Nellie.

Parking in front of the cart corral means somebody can't pull in and bump the nose. That saves one quarter of the targets from having to be worried about.
