Monday, Mondayer, Mondayest

Woke up early yesterday and stayed up very late, what time is it?

Also there were ominous clouds in the western skies as I was paying out extension cord to mow the front lawn late yesterday afternoon, and so I used the reel mower instead. I feel as though I'd been worked over with a ball bat.

I had a crazy dream that US airstrikes might be supporting Iranian SF units, but there's no way the news guy could have said anything that far-fetched.

At least we would remove the threat of friendly fire...so to speak.

I keep waiting to hear about them locating the new bad guys' secret lair deep in the Syrian desert. ISIS? Really? Isn't that from some spy movie?

Having to mow the lawn every weekend from 7th grade onward with a reel mower either made me strong or was sadistic, thanks Dad!

Oh, then you really don't want to look for any news ... especially nothing that quotes Sec of State Lurch.

Not so crazy, since Obama has taken us down the Rabbit Hole.

I was cleaning up some old computer data and I mistakenly deleted all of some IRS employee named Lois Lerner's email messages. And her back ups and server copies. And the NSA copies too.

God I hate when I do that.

I missed that Iranian thing somehow, and I had to Google it just to see if you were kidding.

So . . . if anybody else is wondering . . . not kidding.

It's a funny old world. And it's all fun and games until the genocidal fanatics are in charge of an entire region again.

That's funny, because I thought I heard that Obama was sending Marines to Iraq... but that couldn't be.

There must be something wrong with the media today.

Sometimes it's better to get your news from the Onion. They try to be at least a little bit believable, unlike the real world.

This is a guy we had and let go that is leading this bunch... And I would wait a couple of weeks before I'd say that was a dream...

Fred: I don't think it's that ISIS. Archer isn't involved.

Although, as Bill Clinton testified, this all hinges on what the meaning of the word ISIS.

2. I just checked. Blackhawks DO have enough internal fuel to make round trips from the Gulf* to Bagdhad, so we won't have to miss out on the view of the US Navy creating artificial reefs in the Persian Gulf at $5.9 Million a pop. Without gear, should be able to cram 20 or more embassy evacuees into those suckers. . .
