I had flowers like that, a nice pot set into a wire replica of a bike. Then the deer stopped by and I couldn't whack the blighters!

What's black and white and read all over?

Very nice. Is that an in-camera effect or done in post?
Puts me in mind of the following:

Look at the flowers.

Good artistic side there Tam. That new camera must have some really neat features?

One wonders what features were used to get the effect.

It looks like a black and white with the red flowers (with green stems) un-un colorized.

absent photoshop, how would you do that? or perhaps is there a lighting accident that you discovered and captured?

I grew up with Ansel Adam's photography books on my mom's coffee table, and he seemed to take lots of pictures and discovered the best ones, no photoshop required.

Don M,

"I grew up with Ansel Adam's photography books on my mom's coffee table, and he seemed to take lots of pictures and discovered the best ones, no photoshop required."

No photoshop here, although this little shirt pocket camera can do stuff that Ansel would have had to use darkroom trickery to achieve.

Among the many tricks it can do is remove all but one color from a picture...
