I can't testify to it exactly because I bought lots of the excellent plain Vidalia Hot Sauce - no peach flavor - when I left FL a couple years ago and haven't finished them yet. I'll get some of the new stuff next trip to FL. The Slap My Ass series sauces are pretty good, but sharper heat. Unfortunately, TF doesn't list Scoville numbers.
