I actually have a CHL her...Josh, you're right. I actually have a CHL here in TX, and I carry when I can. The nice thing about TX is the fact that someone wanting to forbid folks from carrying guns onto their property has to be very specific as to the format of the sign. I've seen a lot of signs on stores, etc that don't meet the criteria, so I'm still free to carry there.<br /><br />That's not so in AZ. There, the tiny little 3" square no-guns logo anywhere in the vicinity of the entrance is sufficient to force you to leave your gun in the car if you want to do business there. You have to be very observant everywhere you go if you want to remain legal.<br /><br />As far as OC, the nice thing about having that be legal is if your concealed weapon gets accidentally exposed or prints under your t-shirt, you don't qualify for a visit from the po-po. No ones hassled for transporting guns. Are you able to carry in most places a person would go? In AZ, I never bothered to get a CCW, because the vast majority of the places I would go would have a no-guns sign.
