When my sinus' become irritated I'll use the pot daily, otherwise maybe twice a week seems sufficient. <BR/><BR/>As ever, YMMV of course. Still, simple saline almost has to be less stressful to your bodily tissues than heavy use of any of the pharmaceuticals available.
