You'll hear either a loud motorcycle engine, or maybe smell the fried chicken smell of a bio-diesel car. A big bearded bonking bastard shall ask for your evaluation of a rifle. He will then present you with that which you publicly said was impossible and a 'transparent fib'. In fact I'm tracking down the rifle now. I've wanted to make your acquaintance since I've become addicted to all three of your blogs. The fact that I can wow you with something you're sure is impossible...

I mean how can a guy resist.

and to the others, Sigvald said 'Pointless and Ugly', that's an Uzi or Mac-10 Kim Du Toit pointed out the price of an M2 barrel. Heck, they make them out of plastic at CavArms.

In the H&R/NEF shotties, however, the "lower" is the actual receiver, which contains the locking mechanism and the breechface.

Further, you couldn't just "turn down" a Ma Deuce barrel, like this guy claimed to have done, as you'd need to machine the lug to attach it to the lower (brazing or welding would be contraindicated with a .50BMG...) To top it all off, you certainly don't want to "turn down" the area of an M2 barrel surrounding the chamber, at least unless you're trying to build a pipe bomb.Tamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07285540310465422476noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15907727.post-47939741155277590922007-12-13T15:13:00.000-05:002007-12-13T15:13:00.000-05:00You know, having seen a .50BMG AR upper, I don't t...You know, having seen a .50BMG AR upper, I don't think converting an H+R shotgun to .50BMG is actually impossible.

But it would take more than just a barrel, and it'd be pointless and ugly.Sigivaldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16152366541957466049noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15907727.post-72119827600957318292007-12-13T13:29:00.000-05:002007-12-13T13:29:00.000-05:00Not too long ago some poor sap on another forum cl...Not too long ago some poor sap on another forum claimed that his friend/uncle/GF in Canada had fired one of those 4-barrel COP .357 Mag derringers, and all 4 barrels went off at once.

The responders who explained about the derringer's rotating firing pin and the bogosity of his claim were a lot more polite than I would have been, but he was still given a good spanking for lying to his elders.El Capitanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13166884584708996911noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15907727.post-88156485880578439502007-12-13T08:58:00.000-05:002007-12-13T08:58:00.000-05:00Alex,Your buddy misread it.Alex,

Your buddy misread it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15907727.post-10235023060594100582007-12-13T05:30:00.000-05:002007-12-13T05:30:00.000-05:00"converted two-thirds of the barrel to titanium?" ..."converted two-thirds of the barrel to titanium?"
