It actually is nine degrees in this part of Europe... +9C that is. I'm really hoping for a sudden drop, so I can go icefishing soon, but it doesn't look promising...
It is not too bad here in north Georgia. I think it was in the mid-40s all day and will dip down to the low-30s tonight. I will just curl up with the wifey and a fat fluffy cat. That will keep me warm.
Yep. Cold. 20 in my little burb of ATL. There's a reason I live in the South, and this ain't it!
ReplyDeleteThat's not cold.
ReplyDeleteYesterday I woke up to -1. It was -20 with the windchill.
Damn that global warming!
ReplyDelete15°F here on the frozen praires this AM, which is much better than the -20°F we had earlier this week. BTW, -40°F = -40°C, no confusion.

It is decidedly nippy here in glorious Kentuckiana. A week ago, it was in the 70s. I miss San Francisco...60 and foggy, year round.
ReplyDeleteYep. It was 14 when I got up this morning. I'm just outside of Nashville.
ReplyDeleteThat's what I call Tourette's Syndrome Cold. You step outside and begin cursing uncontrollably.
"Holy @#%&! It's @#$%^ cold out here!"
Erik, you must be living not far from me. Here it has been around 10C/50F all day.
