I don't know much about the gun, could a special firing pin with only one striker be made up?

The second is the fact that you are not going to be able to feed such a thing through the magazine. It needs to be hand loaded to be sure the firing pin will hit the blank.

All in all it's just a major PITA.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15907727.post-1131425441640431092005-11-07T23:50:00.000-05:002005-11-07T23:50:00.000-05:00" Is the ammo for this rifle still available?"Sadl..." Is the ammo for this rifle still available?"

Sadly, no. The last commercial US production was by Remington-Peters in 1941. The caliber is common enough in antique collections though that a good letter-writing campaign might get Old Western Scrounger to do a limited run. I know I'd be willing to pay up to $3/round with a smile on my face...Tamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07285540310465422476noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15907727.post-1131238591402232452005-11-05T19:56:00.000-05:002005-11-05T19:56:00.000-05:00Anemic old cartridge... y'know, I don't think I'd ...Anemic old cartridge... y'know, I don't think I'd want to get hit by a 336gr anything moving over 100fps...Dr. StrangeGunhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03349076338197668654noreply@blogger.com
