However, is there a reason why the Remington 740 wasn't on the list? Back in my days behind the counter (mid-late 80s) we had a standing policy to never accept a 740, among the many others on the TAC list.<br /><br />I had to look closer at your top photo. With the rural scene, road running next to the tracks, it looked a lot like a stretch of Route 4 between Canaan and Andover. The rails in the similar Granite-state scene have been removed from most of it now, but for a minute there I thought you might be visiting Maj.
