Law Enforcement Pioneer Dead at 81.

Deputy Barney Fife of Mayberry, NC, originator of the "Nip it in the bud" policing strategy, passed away yesterday.

    That goofy looking little guy made me laugh, every time. Without him Mayberry just wouldn't have been the same.
