  3. I used to feel sorry for people who couldn't / wouldn't eat pork/ham/bacon. Then I realized that it just left more for me.

    Oh, 7pm (Dallas time): ham and mustard on white with lettuce.

  4. For a delicious breakfast treat, try prosciutto wrapped around cantalope balls. Discovered that one during my trip to Italy.
