The full story is in that link, the short version is that he confronted some trespassers, produced a handgun (all while on his own property); and was arrested for defending his property.
I'm rather pissed about the whole thing, and I was wondering if you'd crosspost this. I'd rather like to make some noise about the whole thing.
All that I like about your blog, the attitude, the wit, the excellent writing, even some of the comments has been sullied by your being a FREAKING BRAVES FAN!!
My favorite ball team is the one playing the Braves.
