  4. Well, since we're taking a break from the serious topics for a moment let me say this.

    Tamara, I've been enjoying your blog. I checked it out a little while back as a link from the Coal Creek page and have been a semi-regular visitor ever since. You are a fine writer and intelligent wit.

    Not that you'd remember, but we met last summer. I'm a friend of one of your CCA colleagues and was in town to visit old friends during a long weekend off from work. You and I talked 1911s for a few minutes while he was finishing up his shift. You were even kind enough to let me have a look at your own carry gun while we were talking.

    I'm sorry now that I didn't get to know you better. I think I would have enjoyed talking to you about any number of topics. I've certainly enjoyed reading your thoughts on a multitude of subjects.
