I usually just say that she was holding an assault baby.
"Where did Horiuchi get promoted to?"
Gotta love that sovereign immunity.
It's kinda funny that there seems to be an attempt to stomp out a juror's ability to judge the law in question, that there seems to be an attempt to void common law rights, that there seems to be an effort to remove Grand Juries as check and balance to an out-of-control government and turn it into a fishing expedition for the state's attorney, and there seems to be a trend to appoint the highest law enforcement officer in a county or city instead of having them answer to the voters, but the fine English tradition that the King and his minions can do no wrong and therefore are not allowed to be sued seems to be alive and well in these united States.
There was a rumor his lousy ass was at Waco shooting at some other women and children. The very definition of a target rich environment for a Jack-Boot Thug.
You know, no one ever comments that it was a good clean shot.
I find that interesting that with all of the shooters around, very few ever point out that from a cold barrel he hit is target on the first try under what was difficult circumstances.

Big F'n deal. So he can make a head shot. With the package he was armed with, he should be able to pick which eye at the distance he was at. His was one of the names that showed up in gov't documents during the song and dance that followed the massacre at Waco.

No, he didn't.
The shot was fired at a running Kevin Harris and went through a solid door, behind which stood Mrs. Weaver.
Clear Rule 4 violation and depraved negligence at the very least.
But it's OK because it was over non-payment of a $200 tax and she was a white separatist, and Janet Reno took "full responsibility."
ReplyDeleteOh, wait. That was the other incident.
Where did Horiuchi get promoted to?
"...flippent to say..."

WTF is up with that?
Horiuchi walks amongst us, the regular citizenry, these days.
ReplyDeleteDoes that scare the crap out of anyone else?
Horiuchi is small potatos.
ReplyDeleteI want the people who gave him his marching orders to hang.
