According to surveys (both real surveys and my own informal ones) both nuns and priests are common sexual fantasy characters.
I don't really understand it either. One could speculate that Catholic schools somehow contribute but I know virtually nothing about such institutions.
WEll, other, earlier rising comenters, have pretty much used my line... about the search coming from a W.KY, er, um, make that Kentucky, rural Telephone Co-Op user. I'm sure it gets lonely in the wilds of west Kentucy.
And as for bein' directed to YOUR site,,,Tam, just how far down on the list WERE you, Woman? I mean, you have talked about Nuns, Sex and Dungeons at one time or another on this blog...just not as related topics.
In the early 1800s, during the whole "No Irish Need Apply" era, rumors were spread of Catholic places of worship being used for deviant acts in order to provoke the prejudice against Irish Catholics, who were usually poor and not at all part of what the U.S. wanted to convey at that time.
Seminaries and Convents were popular places for these sicknesses to be invented for, because no one really knows what goes on in those places except the nuns and brothers.
It's one explanation of why that search term might have been entered.
Comatus is right, it's regional market-research for locating the next McDungeons, they're a D&D themed titty-bar spin-off for the pale of skin, in-the-basement types...

This certainly sheds new light on recent "fantasies" expressed herein. What, no cigarettes?
ReplyDeleteI think it's fair to ask just what is going on over at the rural telephone co-op. Perhaps this is just some form of 1-900 market research?
It's always the quiet ones.
ReplyDeleteOne more reason not to move to Rural Western KY

ReplyDeleteNo fair, you've got better weird search words :(
ReplyDeleteTam always seemed like such nice girl,

ReplyDeleteWestern Kentucky Rural Telephone Cooperative ? What, all the sheep dead ?
ReplyDeleteYup. Typed it in on Google. And there was Tam! That all had to do with an April, '07 Tamsnark about headlines for Weekly World News.

they're just looking for the nuns with nasty habits.
ReplyDelete@ Phlegm...*cue rimshot*

Tam, add that to Horrible. Screaming. Death.
How's a poor nuns in dungeons fetishist supposed to find, um, "release" when people like Tam keep fooling the search engines?
ReplyDeleteSorry, Tam. We'll go shooting. I'm too old to get into the whips and chains scene and the penguin getups don't do a thing for me.
