Haven't you noticed that most mall prohibited conduct statements include some variation on "Illegal activity is not permitted in the mall"? Like this one: See item number 3. At least they recognize that item number 4 is not necessarily a subset of item number 3, even if they further prohibit it.
I live in a "Shall Issue" state-Montana, but sitting in a "Shan't Carry" building (library or at work on Uni campus) and so I pass by these signs regularly. It is very disappointing that they can do things like this. I am of the opinion that if you have the right to carry you have an OBLIGATION to carry in a responsible manner. If not, you don't deserve to carry. That being said, I love going to the library and looking at gun porn. It drives all the bunny huggers crazy!!
I love the sign, I want several to put up everywhere. As well as those "Management assumes complete legal and civil liability for deaths of injuries to disarmed patrons." stickers.
