Today In History: A little off the top.

On this day in 1536, Henry VIII had Anne Boleyn executed for adultery.

  1. Slightly off topic I know, but I can't read about Henry the 8th anymore without remembering Ali G's reference to him as Henry the Ounce.

Don't know why, but it always comes back to haunt me. And it wasn't even all that funny the first time.
