Me: "Illinois has a gas SWAT team now."

RX: "Huh. What do they do?"

Me: "I dunno. 'Waste tax dollars' would be a good guess."

    The real reason for this is to divert attention from the gov's involvement with the latest scandal. Bribery in Illinois? I'm afraid so.
