Who has more foreign affairs experience?

The Governor of AK or the Governor of AR?

Just curious...

  1. The Left will say that Bill C. got all his "foreign policy" experience while studying in England, traveling to the USSR and protesting against the Vietnam War in Europe. (Don't remember for sure, but that was probably in England.)

The real question is who has more foreign policy experience, a one-term governor from Alaska or a one-term Senator from Illinois.

I thought you said affair experience, although I suspect bill has more foreign affairs experience as well.

  3. Hmm very good point. Apparently a Democratic Governor from AR has more experience the same was a Democratic Senator from Illinois has more experience. I see a common theme in regards to the dems and their perception of experience.

  7. Pishaw the AR/AK dilemma - it's obviously the Gubbenor from MD - Ma Deuce.
Besides, everything coming out of MD is tinged with the scent of old-time longstanding corruption - Pelosi comes from Baltimore - and that smells like napalm in the morning...

  9. Arkansas of course! It being a third world Island surrounded by an industrialized country, it borders the USA on all sides! (as long as you don't look too closely to NW Tennessee)

  10. Bill C. claimed Sen. J. William Fulbright as his "mentor and friend." Fulbright, who served as the chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, still holds the record for holding that position the longest, 1959-1974.

What he actually learned from Sen. Fulbright, I haven't a clue. Clinton did work for Fulbright's re-election campaign in 1968, I think. No doubt Bill kept Fulbright's number on speed dial so they could visit when interns were, ah, crawling about looking for items under the desk.
