I remember that song quite well from the late fifties; it was surprising how popular it was back then.
That song is directly responsible for my love of Dr. Demento. I bought a two-disc set of the good doctor just to get that song.You definitely need to check out The Frantics' Boot to the Head series if you haven't already.
Except, of course, when the Kangaroo WANTS to be tied down. That is another story altogether.
