Countdown...

One week from now, I will be attending my first-ever class with Louis Awerbuck. To say I am stoked would be the understatement of the year...

  4. Hmmm. August in Arizona? That'll add it's own degree of difficulty to any activity.

You know that "glow" people talk about some women having? In that part of the country it's also known as "air conditioning"; even a slight breeze will adjust your temperature condition.

  5. A nearby rifle club brings Mr Awerbuck out here every year or two. I can't seem to get my name on the roster fast enough!

  6. I had the pleasure of attending a Louis Awerbuck class last year. He has an amazing ability to diagnose even slight problems with grip, stance, trigger pull, etc. You'll enjoy the experience and relish the memory. Well worth the money.

Mr. Awerbuck has the sense to get out of AZ in August; the class will be up here in Boone County. :)

Why go to Arizona/God's Waiting Room when Awerbuck comes to Indiana?

YFA teaches multiple classes over several weeks at the Boone County Sheriff's Department in Lebanon, Indiana.

  9. So, that instead of Gunblogger Rendezvous - at least you have your priorities straight! :-) I wouldn't go to Arizona in August either though Reno in September is hardly better.

  10. Have fun, drink a lot (of water).

Spent a couple of weeks up there in Boone County back in 2001, learned quite a bit.

Where'd you find enough ammo??? :)

  12. Remember to ask Louis about the time Pat Rogers saved his life.

You will, of course, deny any knowledge of who suggested this, or of me.
