The dogs woke me up at 5:00 AM, I made coffee, loaded 25 rounds of .41 mag cast boolits( 19.8 grains of W297 under a 240 grain boolit), went down to a friends house in Greene County and shot 3 inch groups at 100 yards several times from my 1894FG Marlin. We walked the woods and marveled at the amount of White Oak mast on the ground. I think deer season will be good this year. Yes it was a good day today. I hope everyone else's was as good.
Have fun! Lucky -- I trust you appreciate your good fortune.

I will be artistically enjoying the day reviewing "Jeeves and Wooster" and riding shotgun on the children.
