It is my understanding that he has not been a US citizen for very long, having received his final papers, and sworn the oath, recently. This as part of the Obama administrations " accellerated" naturalization program.
It appears he did not take his oath seriously, nor did he take it without " mental reservation or intent of evasion". Seems to me that the VERY first thing that should be done is strip him of his naturalized citizenship, since the whole pursuit of it was a fraud.
