That's weird.

Apparently there are people out there that eat parts of the chicken other than the skin.

Different strokes, I guess.

Although I don't know how I feel about the idea of cooking it by itself. I think it gets its flavor on the rotisserie by leaching it from the rest of the bird.

  2. Different strokes. Grandma O'Connor was old country Irish, fed the skin to the pigs, and wrapped it in bacon.

  6. I think you've got it backwards, chicken gets all its flavor from the skin. That's why skinless chicken is flavorless.
