Me: *warbling off-key* "Salt! Annnd pep-per!"
RX: "I can't get over the fact that you put salt on corned beef hash." *shakes head and walks off*
Me: "Cholula! Cholula! I love you, Cholula!... I can't get over the fact that I'm apparently singing to all the condiments this morning."
Cholula....ahhh, Cholula. No nectar of Olympus could be as sweet....
ReplyDeleteI like salt on my corned beef hash, as well. Granted, I put salt on most everything to my blood pressure's chagrin.
ReplyDeleteIn my defense, Bobbi fries an egg atop the corned beef hash, and it's kinda hard to salt just the egg. And you gotta salt eggs.
ReplyDeleteInterestingly enough, the last eggs I ate (scrambled) were not salted. But they did have milk and cheese in them.
ReplyDeleteAnd they were fiiiiiiiiiine. :)
Well, mostly, I forgot the salt. But as it turned out, I didn't miss it.
I quit with the salt long ago, but pepper? Good ol' black pepper? Or pepper mixed with garlic or other flavorings? Ah, now we are seasoning!!

ReplyDeleteWasn't that an episode of Scrubs?
You're not in trouble until you line then ALL (tables & tables, the full length of the mess hall) up according to height and popularity...a la Frank burns.
ReplyDeleteNothing wrong with singing to them.
Wait until you get your hands on some dillo dust from LaRue Tactical.
ReplyDeleteI don't know what rhymes with dillo...or dust. Pillow? Bust?
Gotta have an egg atop your corned beef hash (my preference is poached, but fried's fine too).
ReplyDeleteAnd yeah, gotta salt eggs.
But definitely, Cholula or Tapatio is da bomb on the whole assemblage.
"Cholula" is structured an awful lot like "Elvira".
ReplyDeleteJust saying.
"My mouth is on fire from Cholula..."
This Oak Ridge Boys earworm supplied free of charge by ReCapcha, which just happens to be 'estentas' this morn', which is awfully close to the feminine form of the adjective 'Extinguished' in Italian.
