Christmas dinner...

...was bangers & mash with onion gravy and cabbage on the side. It was deeeeeluxious!

We'd have saved y'all some but I ate it all.

  3. I have a local Irish Pub that serves great bangers and mash. And cream cabbage. With that as a meal, and Guinness, I never want to leave.

  4. It was green chile chicken casserole with home-grown pinto beans long-cooked with bacon, and sopaipillas with local honey, here.

    I wonder why Christmas dinner seems to conform with local ethnicity while Thanksgiving nearly unvaryingly the same across the land?
