This makes me happy...

It's good to see a meme catch on. First here, and now:
...Andrew Traver demonstrating the kind of judgement it take to be the potential leader of that merry band of clown-shoed thugs and stumblebums at BATFE.
(Seen at The Black Sunday Society.)

"Clown-Shoed Thugs"... It's got a ring to it, no?

  1. Sounds like a great line for a T-shirt or a mug.

  2. While I have worked with some BATFE agents who are good cops and good people, a few of them and nearly everybody at the RAC level or above fits that description.

  3. "the potential leader of that merry band of clown-shoed thugs and stumblebums at BATFE"

  6. Sincerest flattery and all that...

AKA "Damn I wish I'd written that!"

But the snark runs deeper here than the mere hilariously mocking term, into a dark place where we all know we are at the random mercy of incompetents who wield the stone-cold power of life and death under the color of law, and with all the character, sobriety, and veracity of Bozo himself.

  9. Ah, yes. That delightful reference to the dreaded Clown Squad in the movie "Real Men", with John Ritter and Jim Belushi.

I wonder how popular that scene is, at Langley?
