This coming weekend is the Indy 1500 gun show and we will be having a Hoosier Blogmeet on Sunday.

Bloggers and blog readers from near and far are invited to attend.

  1. Not that I'm letting any cats out of any bags, but you owe me a certain picture from that event. I've patiently waited and now the time has come.

    stay safe.

PS - you can send my commission check after it is determined just how many showed up to find out what this is all about. I also expect a commission check on the increased readership.

  2. I don't know if I'm cool enough to attend, and I haven't posted on my blog in months.

It's on my todo list. Last time I tried to update it Firefox wouldn't play right with Blogger.

    Woodman,

I'm not cool enough, either, and they let me in. Come on down! :)

  4. Stupid question from Ohio: is it legal for an out of stater to buy guns in Indiana? I know it's illegal in KY...

  6. Speaking of the 1500, wish me luck, I'm looking for a magazine spring for my Mosin Saturday.

$8 online, but I think looking for one might be more fun.

  8. Woodman- I went to the blogmeet long before I had a blog.

LCB- As far as I know you can buy long guns in KY too.

  9. I regret the distance from my house to Indianapolis.

  10. Drat. Had I known a bit earlier, I could have rescheduled a couple of things and flown over. You Indy-area folks are worth the trip even without a gunshow.

  11. I was hoping to visit this year but I've become a jobless drain on The Nation.

    Here's to next year!

  12. Who wants to loan me $300 for gas?

  13. Thanks Mad...my KY "sheriff deputy" son-in-law has apparently misinformed me. Not surprising...
