I got to enjoy some of the displayed aircraft at K.I. Sawyer now that the facility has gotten a bit more civilian. I think I'll have to try and visit Gus's namesake airbase sometime.
If you are interested, you can also get up close and personal with his Gemini capsule at Spring Mill State Park. Not to climb in, but much closer than you'd get at a NASA exhibit.

According to yesterday's farm report, less than 1% of Indiana's corn is in the ground. Iowa is at zero percent.
