Actually, we don't know for sure that Barry hasn't eaten in a segregated restaurant because he has not denied it.
Barry always eats in segregated restaurants. They're just always segregated as upper class vs. commoners.

If my late brother in law, who was deeply involved in Gwinett County politics, can be believed...The difference between Jimmy and Barry is Barry has never ordered separate roads to schools to be built in order to maintain segregation. Stranger
