I haven't been in such a good mood since before the side of my nose started bleeding uncontrollably. I love this car so much. I love you guys. I'm even sorta okay with the world at the moment.

I'm jealous. I've gotten as far as buying an engine stand and a short length of 6x6 steel tube to fabricate into a mount adapter but that is all the progress I've made on the Alfa Spider.

...which I became quite comfortable driving in German traffic. When my tour was up, I returned to my dad's place in the Oakland, CA hills and to my lonely BMW 2002, which was stored there while I was overseas. Weber carb, header, Bilstein shocks, springs (of some sort), 320i rims (I think) and tires to match, anyway you get the idea. It felt like traffic was moving in slow motion. As I recall, it was 3 months before anyone would ride with me.
