I've always loved that track. All my college friends insisted that the movie was improved by pharma-assistance, but I just listened and enjoyed.

Loved that movie. Saw it the first time at a midnight showing in the 80's myself.
heavy metal was a big deal when I was in junior high. I finally saw it on HBO as a teenager; south park's take on this movie was spectacular.
I discovered it was significantly less cool at 35 than it was at 18. . . {grin}
Still have the VHS tape. And, yes, the shine has dimmed as the years have gone by.
Classic. Mmmm.
Nostalgic cheesiness is its primary value now, yes. :)

Saw this on Night Flight on USA back in the day. Haven't seen it since then.The Firesign Theater movies have aged well though. Check out "J-Men Forever" and get up and enjoy yourself.
