  12. Having stood in front of the Judge for Defensive Gun Use, it has been my experience that half of the Trouble one will face is the Laws as they are written, and the other half is whether the D.A./Prosecutor wants to use YOUR Case to further their Political Career.

    And if the Gooberment Employee is an Anti-Gunner, anything they can dig up as to YOUR "State of Mind" vis-a-vis Blogs, Youtube, etc. WILL be used against you.

    And don't be surprised if the Media jumps in to help Taint the Jury Pool.

    Just ask Mas Ayoob when he went Toe-to-Toe with Janet Reno in Fla. in the '80s.
