There's nothing wrong. They are not allowed to own guns, so they resort to actually throwing the ammunition, not just the bullet.
That is a stupid caption. Any self respecting firearm owner knows those are cartridges, not "bullets".
Not only that, they aren't American rounds.
More precisely, they aren't current American military rounds. They look like they could be .223, but being polished brass they are either old surplus or commercial.
I'm still waiting for the black helicopters to show up and throw boxes of .308 at my house.That stuff is getting expensive ...
