If they understood "restraint", they wouldn't be running for office.

As I said in a comment at Marko's, I'm only really happy when one team has Congress and the other has the White House. Anytime one side or the other has had all the keys to the store, they've gone on an orgy that made "Bluto" Blutarsky look like Simeon the Stylite.

    YEah. I agree too , but the only problem is that gridlock only slows down the slide down the slippery slope.

    The Stylites are back together? I thought they broke up in the 70s.

    Welcome to the Gridlock Club. I've been voting that way for years.

    Unless the polls are extremely off we're going to end up with the D's in charge of the presidency, house and senate. Right now I'm just hoping they don't get a 60 vote majority.
