Speaking of Ed Zachary, McCain goes to his doctor, Dr. Chin for a physical. The doctor gives him the once-over and says to McCain, "I haf some bad news for you. You haf Ed Zachary disease."
McCain asks, "The the hell is Ed Zachary disease," to which the doctor replied, "Dat's da disease where your face rook ed zachary rike your ass."
I have no doubt whatsoever that Palin was nothing more than a thin veneer of conservatism over McCain's more "moderate" tendencies. Had he won the election, there's no way that she would have had any say in the running of anything.
As much as I detest what Obama stands for (that is, the few things where he has taken a stand), it may be better for Palin to spend a bit more time running Alaska. She'll be better seasoned for the whole enchilada in four more years.
Obama? Stand for anything? Shucks, folks, I'm just out here on my lonesome, but let me see what he's stood for. He stood for Palestinian rights . . . until he got outside of his academic/liberal Chicago district. (And then he stood up for Israel, because nothing happens without AIPAC's stamp.) He stood for ending the war on Iraq (my words) . . . until he got to be running for president of these here Untied States. He stood up against Hilary Clinton's reckless, feckless warmongering . . . until he appointed her SecState. He stood up against George W. Bush . . . until he decided to keep SecDef.
He's a politician, yo.
PEOTUS Barack Obama stands for Barack Obama.
Yeah, I'd rather have seen Mad John win, and I'd have been sending him bacon and limburger sandwiches on lard-fried bread, and advising him to go out in the sun. A lot. Without sunscreen.
I'm probably a fool for saying it, but Palin DIDN'T scream "hey I'm one of them" to me.
Besides, how cool would it have been to have moose be a regular feature on the 1600 Penn menu?
Cooperate with the Obama and the Dems? I mean really. Last time I remember the Dems cooperating with Bush and the GOP was for a couple weeks in September 2001.
It's been non-stop character assassination ever since.
McCain and the republican party threw the election Sarah almost pulled it out. That made them angry. Sarah could win the harts and minds of America by being geuine. The party can't have that.
McCain's such a d!ck. He just threw Sarah under the bus. If she ran, I'd vote for her.
ReplyDeleteMcCain who?
