Via email, I learned that all the evil death-dealing guns in North Dakota must be broken. The state, which normally has about ten murders a year, had a fairly peaceful '08, with only two people on the wrong end of a homicide for the entire period.
Both were committed with knives...
Not only that, nobody got their eye shot out with a BB gun!
