¡Blackhawk! is marketing an actual turse. (Tactical pURSE.)
No burying it under euphemisms like "messenger bag" or the like.

Want.
I mean, for The Mrs. I bet she'd love it.
Worth noting: The site is blocked by my work Innernet filters, as are a lot of other gun-related sites. The people making decisions on this stuff are in Canada. Interesting.
I have a bag for every situation. Including two of the turse class.
Come on pdb, be a man, be proud. Carry a turse and hold your head high.
My turse came in handy this weekend. Lights went out at the venue and the emergency lights failed.
I was two steps from my turse which contained TWO flashlights, one LED light on the outside and one in an easily accessible pouch at the top of the bag.
My Maxpedition laptop bag is as close as I'll ever get to a "turse."
Bride has one from Coronado Leather, which is far better in both form and function (even without my well-known antipathy for most things Blackhawk kicking in).
After I threw off the tactical blankets and rose from my tactical bed, I petted the tactical dogs, put on my tactical battle uniform, tucked into my tactical oatmeal and coffee and fired up my tactical computer. Checking out View From The Porch, I finally found the perfect gift for my high-speed-low-drag girlfriend: A Tactical Purse!
I'm saved! Last time I gave her flowers, and she tactically kicked my ass.
You should have tried tactical bacon. ;)
I meant to write, "What good is it without matching tactical shoes?"
I don't know why people get worked up over it. A murse is a great place to carry my netbook, whatever book I'm reading, a real camera and lots of the other miscellany that constantly fills my pockets otherwise.
And my lipstick of course.
A musette bag by any other name but without built-in hydration capability. I'll stick to my CamelBak, it's hands-free.
It's very-- European...
I've been carrying a "murse" for a couple of years now. Saves me from bulging pants pockets.
The Maxpedition Fatboy Versapack looks much better.

my EDC is carried by a single strap bag (school style).

Dude's got some serious ambition.... this mornin' all I got done was a half-assed stretch and then scratched my tacticals.......
to B Woodman:
I have the Maxpedition Jumbo Verispak. The Fatboy just didn't have what it takes for a full-size firearm.
