Me: "...and they're very comfortable shoes."
RX: "I thought you said they were gloves?"
Me: "That's what they're called. Merrell calls their barefoot shoes 'gloves' because they're like gloves for your feet."
RX: "Do they also make a shirt for your butt? Do you people even know how to dress yourselves?"

So, do they make thick winter gloves called boots, then?
Those are foot mittens right?
Wait, aren't shoes just lightweight foot mittens?
"Do you people even know how to dress yourselves?"
Judging by people I see around, only a small fraction have a clue.
Do they make little hats for your toes?
Gloves? The Merrells? Nah, I'm not seeing it. Vibram Five Fingers, now there's a glove. The Merrells, well, they're not quite mittens, they're not quite shoes . . . they're Shittens!
Well, in German gloves are literally "hand shoes".
Might explain a lot about the last 150 years of German history.
Dunno what can explain France, though.
Don't tell her about Torsopants.
This is the most hilarious of these.
Aww hell, I googled it.
Windy beat me to it, and I concur with his sentiments.
