Things I Didn't Know I Needed...
Ehrmagerd! I accidentally stumbled across this site the other night, searching for I have no idea what, frankly, and I'm just gobsmacked with the cool stuff. It's almost a certainty that Roseholme Cottage will, at some point, wind up with an Australopithecus or H. habilis skull on a bookshelf.
Unfortunately, there's no room for the short-faced bear skeleton anywhere in the house, which is good because it costs, like, nineteen grand.
(Forget mammoths; we need to bring back the short-faced bear. Get some positive pressure on the old H. sap. genome again, or at least keep kids healthy and in shape by running around to avoid these things at the school bus stop.)
