Happy Father's Day, Dad.

It's a tired cliche, but how did my dad go from being some fuddy-duddy who didn't know anything to being one of the smartest men I know in so few years?

Thanks for always encouraging me to read and learn; if it weren't for you, I might have been dumb.

I hope it's a happy one, Dad.

It occurs sometime between 25 and 40 you all of a sudden realize that your dad is exceptionally smart insightful and you wish you could be more like him.

At least that how it has gone for me and my friends.

Fortunately for me, my daughters seem to think I have achieved that plateau. Mind you, it took until I was a father to realize that my father wasn't totally out to lunch.

Glad you have your father to enjoy, Tam. Best to you both.

Regards,
George
