That's me, whipping up frenzy of fear among my vast legions, all to justify a preemptive attack.
Oh, wait, I'm not the State Department, sorry.
They are just being green. That is one of those recyclable reports (and headlines), it can be used year after year.

You know, if Iran wants highly enriched uranium so badly, why not send them the gift set, compliments of the US Navy? It is even garnished with a delightful splash of tritium and laid in a nice basket of lenticular explosives.
