Haw! I worked on a couple of electric car projects for Ford and Nissan back in the '90's, and used to get a kick out of informing people that they're not new at all; if somebody could have invented better batteries electricity might have aced out gasoline as the fuel of choice in urban autos. And they mostly didn't believe me.
Generaly some wanker will ask for three wittnesses and a video. If it ain't peer reviewed and approved your just makin it up.
