I only have five or six hundred rounds of .22L, mostly thanks to Farmer Frank, but if I run low... ;)

I have the .22 short version, think I traded a Marlin .22 rifle for it, so it was about the same, pricewise, as yours. In the unlikely chance I have to wear a three piece suit, this will reside in the vest pocket.

Where do .22 longs fall in the continuum with .22 shorts, long rifles, CB shorts or whatever they're called, and the slow cousin, the .25acp?
Nice Gun! Too bad we live in a time where 500 rounds of Ammo to Feed it costs more than the Firearm is worth.
