Which is the only one of those four promises he can throw as a bone to his base without the help of any other branch of government before Pelosi is Speaker of the House again?

While I think it's past high time to work up a withdrawal from Afghanistan, an abrupt pull-out, leaving NATO allies holding a full diaper that they're only holding because they honored their commitments in the immediate wake of 9/11, is a dick move. I'd probably quit over it, too.
We should have done this in an orderly manner eight years ago, not in a half-assed hurry to boost the poll numbers of a flailing presidency today.
