Someone else's ruminations...

...on Ahmadinejad's sudden reversal in the popularity department: The guy has gone from euro-charmer to kryptonite almost overnight, and it seems like only Hugo "Pugsley" Chavez hasn't mailed back his BFF bracelet.

I'm not 100% sold, but it's interesting speculation.

The Gormogons are a daily read for me. It's a bit like sitting in a "make me smart" machine.

And as your roomie pointed out, the French President took a slap at Dear Reader over the Iran/Nuke issue.

Reading about all these various machinations, laid out the way they are in the link, reminded me of the diplomatic moves leading up to WWII.

'Course, now, instead of a myopic, self-important, utopian ideologue like Chamberlain speaking for peace and civilization, we have Hilary/Obama.

Uh-oh.
